SCI-110
Tourette Syndrome
Flagship clinical asset. Unique and proprietary cannabinoid-based formulation (THC + PEA) designed to reduce tic severity. Phase IIb is underway.
Alzheimer’s Disease & Agitation
Phase IIa completed, with positive final results meeting primary and secondary endpoints.
Obstructive Sleep Apnea
Listed in the presentation as an SCI-110 indication. The presentation does not include a standalone trial description for OSA beyond noting CannAmide™ safety and tolerability observations from the Company’s TS and OSA clinical trials.
SCI-210
Autism Spectrum Disorder
SCI-210 for ASD is presented as Phase III* via the medical cannabis route. Randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled crossover study in children.
Status Epilepticus
The Company intends to use the SCI-210 platform (PEA + CBD) to seek maximum effect with minimal adverse side effects. Positive study results were announced in December 2022 from work conducted at The Chaim Sheba Medical Center in Israel.
CannAmide™ — Pain and Inflammation
CannAmide™ is described for pain and inflammation. The presentation states that chronic pain is estimated to affect more than 40% of people worldwide, that several existing pain medications are associated with substantial side effects with chronic use, and that PEA has been shown to reduce chronic pain while maintaining safety and tolerability.
